THE TIMEMASTER’S TEN TIMERULES
1. TimeLiners travel only into the past, never the future.
2. You are a guest in the past. Behave yourself.
3. TimeLiners travel only in time, not in space.
4. History is a fixed march not a work in progress. What you see there, what you say there, will stay there when you leave there. And history will proceed unchanged. There may, however, be small glitches in the present caused by careless travelers.
5. Under current technology, the farthest travel is 1850, the nearest the day before yesterday.
6. Passengers must not reveal themselves as time travelers, nor discuss the future with dwellers of the past.
7. Travel through turbulent times can cause turbulence en route.
8. For reasons involving Schrodinger’s wave equation, no phones, tablets, or other handheld devices are permitted on board.
9. Service dogs are not allowed.
10. Passengers must purchase round trip tickets and shall not linger in the past more than three weeks, nor move there.
